Step 1: When you arrive
When you walk into Eloms, expect to be greeted and welcome into the premises.
Step 2: Introduction
You will be approached, or will be asked to walk toward a manager so that she can assist you.
Step 3: Style Selection and pricing
If you know the style you want, you will be walked to the consultation room for pricing, size, and length and hair selection. Please show or mention any coupon or special during your style selection and/or during pricing.
Any coupon presented after the service has started may not be honored.
If you do not know the style you want, you will be offered some magazine, or a laptop to search for a style you would like, and then we will quote you a price.

Step 4: During your time of service
- You will be seated and one or two stylist will be working on your hair.
- Most hair styles take a long time, we attempt to make the time shorter by working in a 2 persons team. Sometimes we will not be able to accommodate having 2 persons working on you. However if you have to be somewhere at a certain time, please let us know before we start on your hair.
- If you have any preference, need or request, please let your stylist or the manager know about it.
- Your stylist will show you the length to confirm you are in agreement with the size.
- If it is too tight, please let your stylist know. If it is not tight enough please let your stylist know.
- If there is any misunderstanding with your stylist or you feel you are not getting what you have asked for, please ask for the manager in service so that your need are fully satisfied. We will only achieve perfection with your partnership.
Step 5: Payment
- We accept all major credit cards with an additional $2 fee
- We Accept Cash as well
- We do not accept Checks
- Payment will be taken before the end of the service.

Step 6: Before you leave
- We will show you the finish product and style it to the best of your aptitude to bear the pain from the newly braided style.
